What I consider her "canonical" TF origin story is being depicted by Catmonkshiro, starting here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/17162731/ (there are still 2 more parts to be commissioned)
To be clear, it's not the case that she keeps changing back and forth between human and harpy. Each TF scenario I've commissioned simply takes place in a separate alternate universe or timeline. She only changes once in each universe/TL. That's why it's so surprising to her every time. ;)
