They're probably in there somewhere. Maybe not a majority species (it's stated that even the carnivores we do see only make up about 10% of the population), but certainly one I would expect to see at least a couple of in the inevitable sequel.
There are only three kinds of animals I expect to never see in any Zootopia material:
1) Non-mammals (or at least not any sentient ones)
2) Primates, because these border too closely to humans.
3) Dogs and cats, or anything else that was domestically bred by humans.
And if you're going to put the moves on the fox, I'm calling dibs on the bunny.

There are all kinds of mammals in zootopia the problem is that we are talking about 100000 different mammals prey/pred that making them all would be a huge waste of time
