An idea I had for a more gruesome, horrifying commission with my character, Victor, casting a dark, forbidden spell in a foreign, mystic-like language (the demonic language from Penny Dreadful). I found out that in the WoW game, there's a class for spiders/driders and sub-classes where one can cast a spell and manipulate spiders so I thought I'd "borrow" that. The name of the spell from in the D&D wiki is the same as the title, where the spell causes spiders to burst out of the victim's mouth and infest the character.
This victim is covered in webbing, spiders spewing from the mouth, arms together & bound (like a strait jacket), unable to scream or move while a great number of spiders crawling over him and more likely start feeding on him.
Victor would be more or less immersed in the shadows, you'll probably only see his face and his arms and hands as he grasps the victim over the head while the other arm is centered over the victim's torso and holding onto his neck, all for stabilization (as inspired from lifeguard water-rescue training). Half of Victor's face would emerge and be shown in the light while the remaining parts are immersed in the shadows but show a more twisted side of him with horrific effect.
