I've been watching the old Noveltoons recently and I was reminded of one of my all time favourite characters, Spunky the burro. He was originally created by Max Fleischer as part of the team, "Hunky and Spunky" which showcased the adventures of a mother burro and her son. After the Fleischer studio closed, Famous Studios inherited the character and was featured in a few Noveltoons shorts since then.
