I'm not sure if I've ever truly had a fursona. All of my characters, even when they started as one (like Blue or Enn) sooner or later get their own personality, story and all the space they needed to grow up. Eventually they all separate from me, so I could no longer relate to them at that deeply emotional, personal level as you relate to your fursona. I still love all my characters very much, but they simply does not represent me.

I felt the need to change that, and this is how Baridi was born.
I mixed some important things from my life and pour them into her design. I also gave her all my personality traits so she can truly represent me.
Deer horns, ears and nose, because I love deers and often see them while walking in the woods with my dog.
Dragon appearance and swift wings, because I always wanted to feel free and separate from my problems (also, because in my dreams I can take a dragon form almost all the times).
Cats fur and some body traits, because I love cats with all my heart and I always felt that special form of connection/bond with them.
Tricolor markings that represent my beloved pet friends from now and from the past.
And I knew that I did everything right, when I started to take that exactly form in my dreams :D

And this is it. I don't really like doing reference sheets (let's be serious here: they're boring and I never know where should I place all the images XD) but  anabel asked me too many times to ignore her (hope you like it my dear ;w; <3) XD Ironically, the hardest thing for me was... defining Baridi's height XD I've been using metric system for all my life and never had to use US/Imperial one. Hope I did it properly!

EDIT: I forget to add it on the ref: Baridi wears her hair tied up almost all the time, but it can be drawn in any hairstyle XD
