I posted it as mature since it is sensitive material. According to the AUP:
Mature Content Guidelines:
-Violence: Contains mildly violent or disturbing content that may be disturbing or repulsive to sensitive users, including depictions of scary or disgusting content in a horror or fantasy context.
Some folks link popping to death, which in this instance technically isn't fatal due to the character's properties, but to an uninformed person they may see it that way initially.
