The calendar next to Bellwether’s computer said May 17th, and from the 1.5 seconds I had to see the newspapers at the Hopps farm, I read November 27th. That’s six months. That got me thinking: “Nick had that pen for months. Of course he still cared about Judy.”
However, that could have just been an old newspaper, or I read the wrong thing, but it was still an interesting idea.
Many thanks to those other things who Beta read this short story and pointed out a lot of stuff I missed and gave me writing tips; those other things also happens to have an amazing Zootopia FanFiction titled Cause I’ve Been Thinking. I implore you to read it, it’s one of the best Zootopia fanfictions I’ve read!

Now I got one more reason to look forward to Zootopia's DVD release. I have yet to notice all of the extras and stuff hidden in the movie.

Yeah Judy returned home to Bunny Borrow the day or the day after she resigned and helped her parents with carrot farming. So yeah I'm definitely sure those were old newspapers they had saved up for their business. Rabbits love carrots and there are a lot of rabbits in Bunny Borrow, so they need a ton of newspapers for all those carrots. OUo
