This is a Children of Xerith Marine (COX Marine) Fighting a Space marine in their initial uprising to take control of their own planet. Humans, that refused to be controlled by the Imperium of Man, fought for the right to grow as their own people. The Empire and the Adeptus Mechanicus were forced off the planet of Xerith using superior technology adapted from the original schematics stolen by their leader, a former tech-priest.
