I've always loved this piece.

Love the contrast between the determination of the racehorse and the patient but almost resigned expression of his trainer. Perhaps the trainer was a racer himself one day.

The anatomy is *flawless*!! The shading is brilliant and the poses and....DAMN!!

this is really surreal, i like it, especially the contrast of the two horses' apparent roles. makes me think of a trainer preparing a boxer for a big fight.
