Commission piece for
Demonancer
Snake is Kaa from The Jungle Book (drawn in my style, at least).
Crowcatrice is
BantamCrow.
I don't usually draw characters from popular movies/tv series, but I'll make this an exception. Snakes are cute, after all.
Also, new Dragon Daycare comic strip to be uploaded end of this week.

Reminds me of that game where you get a line of twenty, thirty-ish people. The first person whispers a word into the second person's ear. The second person whispers a word that's slightly -- but not quite -- that word into another person's ear: the original word slightly tweaked in sound or syllable count. By and by, you get to the last person, and they say the word they think the first person said, which is actually completely different.
"Snake" ends up as "Tyrannosaurus Rex."
It would be good to note that, just like the "whisper in the next person's ear game," transitive properties are not exact in non-mathematical language. Therefore, as far as you can go without stretching it is usually saying that "A = B." Saying "A = B, and B = C, therefore A = C" in many broad arguments just... doesn't work. XD

The game is called chinese whispers. Wasn't sure why its called so until I did a little research and found out that it's also called 'russian scandal'. Did not expect an innocent game like that to have deep political roots. The more you know.
And yeah, using that algebra logic is silly outside of mathematics. And I was being silly XD. Snakes do taste like chicken though, apparently. And people who've tastes croc/gator meat report that it tastes similar to chicken. I'm definitely sensing a huge 'dino meat may very well taste like chicken' vibe here. (Which also means dragons would taste like spicy chicken (depending on the breed). I don't know how to feel about that. *Bites own tail*)

Ah yeah, I knew you were kiddin'. I was just saying the logic was bleh.
Everything tastes like chicken to us, because chicken is a common food . . . in addition to pig . . . and cow. Now, if we were bred on crocodiles, chicken and cow and pig would probably taste like croc to us. It's all a matter of what we designate as the reference to compare things to. =w= *Bites own tail too.*
If you taste Sini and live to tell the tale, he's sharp and sweet and sour. Sorta like those condiments you get for Chinese food -- the sweet n' sour ones -- except meaty, and in your face like UGH
