- jao's tribe - his tribe lives in the snowy parts of the area and usually hunt bigger game and animals. they have thick fur the ability to form icicles on their backs and ice armor if needed. they hunt in groups
to take down big animals like mammoths. the tribe is a bit far from the rest of the tribes so many don't really know about them, and they don't know much about the other tribes in the forest.
his tribe tends to be a bit distant from each other, not many talk nor do they spend much time together unless they are related family. the only time they really get together is for hunting trips, festivals and gatherings.

jao is tall and has good upper body strength and his feet are made for walking on top of snow, kind of like snowshoes.
hes able to form ice from his back, behind his neck and tail that look either like icicles or armor.
he is usually found wearing a parka when he is out in the snow, and always wears a little bracelet given to him by one of the fire tribe's members innu.
though he is tall compared to innu, he's actually probably not the biggest in his tribe. his people come in much bigger sizes <: )
he likes to hunt alone most of the time, though he's supposed to be hunting in a group. he probably gets scolded for this a lot, probably because he might get injured one day if he didn't go with a group.
