in the RP siblings to not exist in the afterlife, however these two Pheonix were"born" into the Org, Dust came up with idea idea of faking his own Death to give the other a "break."- thus they lived as Ash, who quickly raised up politically.

One day the two did not agree- and the more aggressive one (Dust) was able to subdue his twin- now for many generations has taken the guise of Ash, to run his own political agenda - leaving ash locked away deep deep down in the earth under his house..aka the basement..
