It seems like the otter isn't used to meat, as he is a vegetarian (poor guy), so his digestive system has no idea what to do with all this steak. Well, it seems like he might need some belly rubs to calm it all down. It's a good thing this fox doesn't mind the smell of all his gas hehe...
