So for those who don't know, I'm part Native American ^^ I'm half Sioux, Cree and Ojibwa on my mother's side (which also includes German!) and Irish and Scottish on my dad's side. However, some seem to enjoy calling me a *mutt*. Let me remind you, that in some way, we are all *mutts* and to be proud of one's heritage, is something that name calling can't take away from you.
Anyways, that out of the way, this stunning dreamcatch was bought at GreenEarth in Belleville, Ontario. Out of all the others, this lil thing attracted me the most and lone and behold, I soon discovered why. It's made in Canada! (Remember being proud of one's heritage? Yeah that? There ya go!)
Now some may ask what does the Inukshuk mean? What's it's message? Well the obvious answer is that many tribes used them as a guide tool. It helped them understand direction. And as each tribe passed, they would add a stone. However, the Inukshuk carries it's own message, that has since been lost but refound by the elders.
"I symbolize awareness of our obligation to ourselves, our environment, and to future generations."
I'll let you make your own conclusions as to what that message means for and to you.
In the near future, I plan on becoming a re-seller of these products, so if you'd be interested, simply comment below with a yes/interested! The more people I have on board, the more likelier the chances that I'll go ahead and start the application.
