Back with another pic and this time its a fairly chubby pokemon with a sea theme to it.

I have done a few changes with this pic such as the size of lines, but to be particular honest I'm not too happy with this. I can't put my finger completly on it, but it just looks basic and bad.

Don't ask about the bird....ramdom idea.

p.s I hope you can tell what pokemon it is, but I understand if you can't :)
