Had and intresting mix for the rotting wood..
Dark Angels Green ->Scorched Brown->Beastial Brown->Graveyard Earth->then Camo Green..

Lighter areas on the figurehead were
Dark Angels Green ->Scorched Brown->Beastial Brown->Graveyard Earth->Desert Yellow->Rotting Flesh

The base covered in modeling putty, watered down a bit, and then tapped with the blunt end of a brush, to create the wave texture
