I don't know, I just doodled this while coloring my neopets picture. Original idea was a chibi-ish charmander based off an image found when googling 'charmander,' then I chose to do some experiments with the filters in oC4.06E+ for a change. Amazingly I think the lighting effects work out really well.

yea, during the sketch phases was the only part that took the most time as I had alot of things to rework. And the hand position was a little difficult for me as I've never really drawn anything where the characters hands were over the face.
The shadowing was actually doubled. I had actually done my own shadowing with color the used the filter effect in oC for lighting. I think it actually made the shadowing better than what it was before.
Thank you ^^! and, sorry for the long response ^^;

XD thank ya Ruffy ^^ *hug* It amazed me since it was the first drawing of a pokemon asides pikachu. The lighting effect on the ground is something that I am proud with how it turned out (especially the flame that is emitting the light on the ground ^^)
Thank ya for the fav too =3
