So here it finaly is! A proper reference for Cody! :D
I took way too long for this but it was worth the time x3
When reading the story section you pretty much know a summary of what leads Cody to be the way he is, but I've planned out much more which I'll (hopefuly) bring out in a comic or manga.
So for now I hope you all enjoy!

His energy supply is quite a high one, it usualy lasts for around 5 days without moving and sunlight. Cody can also put himself in a sleeping state, basicaly a stand by mode where his energy drains even slower and can even last 3 times longer. Obviously he can't keep himself charged forever and has to rely on being plugged in and charged like that as well once in a while.
He is waterproof to a certain extend, rain usually doesn't do anything to him, same counts for being sprayed with water or like someone throwing a bucket of water at him, that causes no harm. Being submerged in water however can causes malfunction dependend on how long he stays under water, power loss, the mechanical parts that are needed for moving can tense up and some other things.
Logic paradoxes can make his processors strain to the point that he overheats and initiates that safety shut down, that's pretty much the same there, yes.
As for getting hit on the head hard, it wouldn't really mess him up, depends on the damage that's done though, if one or two processors are damaged by a hard impact then the remaining processors can take over the processing of the damaged ones, he just might be thinking a little slower from that but it wouldn't make him malfunction.

As it is so standard with any electronical thing, yes, getting water inside of him where there isn't supposed to be one would at the least cause a short circuit of his systems. Cody may be a highly advanced robot, and he is isolated against things like rain from the outside, but he shouldn't have specifically the maintennance panel on his chest open to catch said rain xD
I see your worry there, I can tell you though that this here is definitely not the case for Cody. x3
While it was an experiment of sorts to translate his mind into an AI and put it into a robot, it did actually 'save' his life by simply extending it over the time his body would have lasted. Simple as that really, but of course in the story this is a lot deeper too, moral issues that rise, much mental confusion for Cody and so on x3
