This is the cover of an ongoing strip from a small college newspaper called The Daily Texan this series of strips designed by the artist and creator Martin Wagner was a hit from 1987 to 1989. HEPCATS it self was not meant to be a 'Furry' Comic. However to myself I think it express Furry in a manner that not many other comics have captured.
People who deal with real world consequences and results, the drama is low key but also very poignant in its approach.
