Not much to explain :P
Though the post didn't relly come out as hefting her chest up by her shirt but more like trying to contain them. This might of worked better with a tanktop maybe.

To me it looks more like her breasts have started swelling out of her top and she's trying to tug them back down and desperately trying to keep them covered and decent. I think if you wanted her to be hefting them up her paws should be cupped underneath her breasts and pushing them upwards. It seems like a more natural move than pulling them up by the edge of her shirt.
Still an awesome picture though, very tantalising for those who like growing breasts :D
