so far thanks to Telsa I was able to get started [yet having some troubles ^^;
as you will see XD I no idea how to get the white background off the chars ^^;

I notice these sprites have blank white backgrounds. They appear to mostly have blank white eyes as well. Can you make some other color transparent in flash so their eyes don't disappear? I always make transparencies in games eyeblinding purple(#ff00ff) so when transparency messes up its obvious.
