dA user won a contest on dA I was running and I made this as part of the prize. Its a gold fish, trust me. Looked better before I applied the filter.

Yes its fish ^^ I hope you can see as a fish, so far first response is butterfly. I had to actually simplify the example of goldfish she showed me due to 8 fins *twitches* They were every where.

I don't like this messaging format at all, I much prefer deviantArt's *sigh* I'll live. The fish was probably removed, but you could possible see it if you search google images for Longfin Sukura Fantail

Mhm, its actually a filter called Neon on gimp, but I do hand draw my all my final versions of the icons

Well as far as I know GIMP is very similar to photoshop. It wasn't hard, a little tedious with the cleaning up, but all I do is resize, alpha-to-color, filter, then resize again normally
