everyone loves Velvet, ever since her first appearance back in volume one of RWBY. everyone but the bad guys that is. as one of the collected for my crossover wars, she was injured, critically, and would have died before she could get any help (even with the ubertech and magic i'm throwing around, things were really that bad). but as luck (and convenient writing :P ) she was with Shawna's group, so rather than letting the poor kid die, Shawna put the bite on her, and transformed her. so now she not only has all her Huntress training, and her bag of holographic weapons (which is getting a tech upgrade to be more effective) she now has all the powers of a werewabbit to use them with.

unfortunately she's also got the weaknesses as well, but not being able to touch silver for the rest of your life beats the hell out of being dead, so she's handling the new situation pretty well. of course it helps that she's got Coco there to back her up. after all who doesn't gain confidence from having someone with a mini-gun in their purse at their back, and knowing they will whip it out and swiss cheese anything that wants to cause trouble?
