looks like Venio is celebrating with his to 2 kobolds Cheshire and Arastania "creampuff" after buying them from a kobold slave market.
But that Inconspicuous Individual on the background doesn't seem to happy with them celebrating. he almost looks irritated that i bought those kobolds. But now he has to drink with that chubby pink kobold who might have a small drinking problem.
