Trying to to live and keep a roof over my head, and finding work is not very easy right now. Wanting to start my own photography Biz, but no bank wants to give out any loans right now. Thinking I may write the new prez for money since he seems to want to give it out to those that are corrupt and not give it back to the people.

Okay!
It's the wings. I do wings a lot, and I've been vastly improving mine lately. Anyhow! The wings he has look like Halloween costume wings, pasted on his back. If he's supposed to be wearing costume wings pasted on, then ignore the following. XD
Anyhow! Real wings are shaped nothing at all like those wings. The wings you've drawn here don't have an "elbow", just a "wrist" joint, and instead of the primaries connecting to the "hand" and the secondaries connecting to the "forearm" you have all the feathers connecting to the "forearm". And because you're missing a wing joint, the whole thing looks square, and boxy, and thus fake, rather than real.
To sum up how wings are supposed to look, I will just link you to the BEST basic wing tutorial I've ever seen, it's helped me a TON.

Anyhow, hopefully this makes sense and is useful.
