I'm a cook myself, so when I make a plate absolutely perfect looking, you just know it ends up an empty plate on the way back into the kitchen T.T

X3 Same. There's was a time I was in the team in charge of desserts for a student run restaurant and the dessert for the week was chocolate lava cake with raspberry sorbet. Well one of the guests was allergic to chocolate so we made a lovely plating using just the sorbet. But only eat half of one quenelle out if his three. T__T Can only hope he enjoyed the plating.
