Here's a recipe that I've been waiting for quite a while to post on

In a medium sauce pot, fill it half way up with water and let it boil. Put a medium size bowl over the pot and add a cup of chocolate chips. To that, put in 1/4 cup of unsalted butter. Let the chocolate and butter melt in the bowl as it floats in the boiling water.
For the crust you will need 1 1/2 cups of gram crackers placed in a large zip up bag and crushed into a powder-like texture. In a medium sized bowl, pour in the gram crackers and combine it with 1/2 cup of sugar. In a small bowl, microwave 1/3 cups of unsalted butter till it's melted. Take your melted butter and combine it with the gram cracker and sugar.
Take your crust and pour it into a 9 inch cake pan and flatten the mixture into your crust. And just set aside for now. Make sure you clean the bowl for the next step.
Crack 2 eggs in the medium bowl. Take an empty water bottle and suck the yokes up, making sure none of the whites get sucked in with them. Place the yokes in a separate bowl and set aside for now.
With an electric mixer, beat the egg whites on low speed for a minute and add a tablespoon of sugar. Increase to medium speed and add another tablespoon of sugar and beat till soft peaks form. Once you get soft peaks, add on more tablespoon and beat till you get stiff peaks. When it becomes glossy, it means it's done.
Wipe off the egg mixture from your beaters and in a large mixing bowl, beat 100ml of heavy whipping cream till soft peaks form.
At this point, the chocolate has fully melted. Now, remove from the heat and add the 2 egg yokes from earlier. Mix with a spatula.
Take 1/3 of the egg white mixture and fold into the chocolate. When combined, add another 1/3 of the egg white to the foam and fold in, being careful not to break the foam. Add the rest of the egg white mixture, and combine.
Add the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream and combine by folding.
With the crust you made earlier, add the chocolate mixture into the pan, smooth the surface and place in the freezer to firm up for an hour
After an hour is over, don't take the pie out yet. We still need to make the cream.
In a large mixing bowl, beat 100ml of heavy cream on low speed. After soft peaks form, add a 1/4 cup of sugar and Increase to medium speed until it forms a rippling pattern on the surface. Add 1 tea spoon of vanilla extract and beat for one more minute.
Take the pie out of the freezer and spread your whipped cream on top. Make sure you smooth out the surface. Finally, garnish with some chocolate pieces of your choosing. I took a Hershey's bar and grated it into small pieces but you can use any kinda chocolate to go on top.
Place the pie back in the freezer for one more hour. Once that hour is done, it will be ready to serve.
This is a creamy and delicious desert with a crunchy crust and an ice cream-like whipped cream. I hope u try this recipe and enjoy it. Thanks for reading ^^
