Heya guys! It's me again, the cooking TigerKitty™

Ingredients for the Tempura dough:
- 3 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp. Starch
- 1/2 Tsp. baking powder
- 100ml Ice cold Water
- Salt
- A few ice cubes.
- Lotsa oil to deep fry the bananas (high heat resistant vegetable oil)
- 1 or more Banana(s)
Ingredients for the honey sauce:
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Rum (leave it out if it’s problematic for you. It’s not really important it just adds a bit more flavor)
You could also add vanilla or cinnamon.
Heat up the oil in a small high pot.
Take two bowls, add all dry ingredients for the dough to one and mix well. Add the water to the other and slowly add the dry mixture and mix until smooth. Don’t mix any longer than necessary.
Now let’s prepare the honey sauce. Which is pretty simple, just add all ingredients to a small pot and heat it up. Stir until the honey dissolved and the mixture has boiled down a bit.
Back to the Bananas. Add the ice cubes to the dough mixture and stir until it has cooled down. Peel your banana(s), slice them into big pieces (depends on the size of your pot) and when the oil has heated up, dip your banana pieces one by one in the dough and then instantly into the hot oil. But watch out the oil will bubble up as soon as it touches the dough.
Fry until golden brown.
Arrange the fried pieces on the plates and dash them with the honey sauce.
Congrats! You’re done.
Enjoy your meal! :3
