My half of an art trade between me and my good friend Jacob: that we both came up with on the spot.
Looks like Jacob went on a vore feeding frenzy again and got an incredibly huge and stretched out belly as a result, and now Jeff decided to lean on the bloated floofy green latios like his own personal big pillow!
It's up to your imagination on who or what Jacob ate before hand.
