I don't recall claiming that anyone does, so maybe you've got me mixed up with someone else.
The design looked similar enough in my submissions that I thought it was Albi art, and then realized it wasn't when I clicked on it-- thus the comment.

I apologize if it came off that way, but it was a simple comment. Nothing more than that. I have as much of a right to comment and share my thoughts as the next person, and I felt inclined to do so. I felt that it was valid enough input to share experience that the owner of this character /might/ experience in the future as a suiter, but saying so isn't harming anyone. *shrug*
Comments are fine. However, the topic of this comment series kinda feels a bit wrong. As an artist myself I find it a bit rude when others compare my work to another person's character or style. It may not seem it, but it kinda does hurt an artist when it happens, especially when the designs aren't even remotely similar. So as a future reference perhaps maybe consider keeping comments a little more generalized rather than comparing to another person's work? Or maybe just note it rather than discussing it in public.
