Humm, I have been drawing an awful lot of leopards of late, think I'm seeing spots.
A preliminary sketch for a painting I hope to start relatively soon. I always adored sunsets..and most especially African sunsets...something so clean and pure in that golden light. Hopefully the final painting will turn out at least somewhat close to the image I see in my head
The sketch itself is about 10 inches by 5 inches.

Leopards are awesome....if you look at me, there can't be enough of them^^ Just adore this one too. The style in combination with the colorsheme you have done this one in represent the natural camouflage, even if it is colorless^^ Great anatomy, facial expression and details as usual
