This is a little event I come up for all my patron to have some fun. It's a story of young hybrid pony-changeling who try to find her father.
This is "Your Decide Picture series". Or I call it "Comment Driven Story". All of patrons will decide what happens in this story.

I hope the patreon followers choose forgiving. Flurry Heart may have hurt her, but I'm sure if it was the other way around, the young Queen would've probably attacked to defend her own people as well.
And Flurry does seem to regret hurting her. I'd choose forgiving her, but with caution for the time being, since they did barely just meet.
I love this series; it's always exciting to see what happens next!

Everypony makes mistakes, sure Flurry Heart may have tried to kill the poor young queen, but it's worth forgiving and giving her little sister some comfort knowing that she has an older sister whom will forgive her in any circumstances, but the plea for punishment I believe is a bit much, though having Flurry Heart do a few things for her older sister whilst she's recovering is also a nice sisterly gesture as well.
I'd say actually a combination of all 3 cause all of them seem likely to happen one after the other in sequence. Since it'll take a few days to fully recover from that judgement hell thing, She can forgive Flurry and chat with her a bit. For the next few days Flurry feeling miserable over what she did can redeem herself by helping her sister out with the diplomatic stuff since she's clearly in no condition to do it herself at the moment. Probably even find the body guard and have him report back to Chrysalis so they can start the peace talks. The punishment will have to happen eventually since sooner or later Flurry will have to tell Twilight what she did as it'll be the only way to truly let go of the guilt. The truth will come out one way or another and it's best if she's the one to bring it out. Her punishment could easily lead into the redemption arc anyway so that could happen either way.
I'm tempted to say a mixture of Redemption with Punishment. With the way she attacked the Young Queen; the sheer ferocity, tenacity and unrelenting aggression, even when the Young Queen was pleading for mercy, Flurry Heart was showing that she might easily fall down a dark path that could lead to some grave consequences. Best to not become like a certain Fallen Child and leave the world in ruin, learn from your mistakes and know the price of failing.
Here's what you're going to do, Young Queen:
You will forgive her...IF SHE tells Twilight the truth. This will show that she's earnest about her feelings for peace, and besides, Twilight really should know before the town goes into a panic about a threatening monster in the forest. While you won't force her to redeem herself, you won't respect her just yet, as she has yet to earn it.
