Bit late to the party, but while I suspect the implication is meant to be that they don't notice, I feel like it's more fun to think they're both fully aware they're becoming one another's ideal girl. The blonde knight is fully aware she now has D-cups and very little downstairs (and probably never again), so now she talks about the "weebanese" girl she'd like to bed. Again fully conscious, she looks down at her "cute" self, not faulting her new girlfriend's taste, but deciding to push her own a bit further. Here the true mental changes begin, but she might've doomed herself doing so - fortunately, her new girlfriend just wanted her in sexier armor. The rest is history.
