A litte bit of the Sargeant's directions, and this group was moving nicely in time with each other. Next up, the Iditarod!
*chuckles* Poolside again, as we were leaving the Con. Kani spotted these huskies having some fun...
EDIT: I'm getting some of the names of some of these characters. The husky in the middle wearing the camo bathing suit is Radinov, worn by Graafen. More names will hopefully come!
EDIT 2: The husky on the far left in the heart boxers is a fellow named Huskers.
EDIT 3: the husky fourth from the right looked familiar, and I was thinking he might be
, the suit built by
. If I'm incorrect, please tell me. :) <--- K, turns out I was wrong, it's another husky with very similar colouring. :)
Edit 4: second in from the left is Graystone. Thanks to him for letting me know. :)
EDIT 5: Graystone was kind enough to provide still more names! (I'm removing the icons of the ones mentioned above who also appear below) Kudos to that husky for helping me out! Here they are:
The gentleman sez:
"Well, I can help you a little more;
Starting from the left
1. Huskers
2. ME (Graystone)
3. Qmick Husky (no icon)
4. Damon Husky
5. Furball2K
6. Radinov Husky
7. I'm clueless as to this one... (Purple fur)
8. Blooski (no icon for character- owner may have another name on FA)
9. Kokoes Husky (no icon)
10. Sniffer (no icon for character- owner may have another name on FA)
11. Again, clueless... (Last one)
On and the partial in the German Uniform, I don't remember who was wearing it, but the partial belongs to Sunookitsun (no icon) and is named Aviat Husky.
I knew all but two of them! *Shrugs* :)"
Here's hoping the icon html stuff works on the names...

Differnet anatomy and the hide is very different from the usual fuzzy skins out there. Though, I do see a lot of people making their dragons out of the usual fleeces and faux furs most of the time. I like "skin-suits" that hug the body a bit more, so I use stretchy material, if I can find it in the right colours and textures. Other than that, the sewing if mostly the same- it's just harder to hide seams with things like scaly vinyl.
For some things, it is indeed! I know I sweltered in my poor head, and I was only in it for a few hours at a time. I overheat really easily, though, and that's the only drawback I'm discovering with wearing fursuits so far. Other than that issue- it's a blast. I figure, if I can lose some of the excess weight, I might not overheat so much.
*looks up at her last entry* But it probably won't help with my typing- gah, that makes me look like an idiot... Heh.
In case you're drawing a blank on what Parkour is, it's sometimes called "free running" and basically it's running through urban areas like they're obstical courses, running up walls, flipping over things, leaping, rolling and doing a few tricks while you run hell-for-leather through the city's parks and stuff. You either look like a goof while doing it (if you suck), or you look like something out of the Matrix (if you're good). It looks like such fun, that I've been thinking about it for a couple of years, now- being out of shape and having old knee injuries has kept me from trying it, though. If I'm going to give it a serious try, I'm just gonna have to DO it and fuck the worries about hurting myself again. The bike is coming out of the porch as soon as I get back to Winnipeg to help with the endurance and weight-loss first before I go for my first runs...

Ahh ok, I think I do remember
royelle mentioning something about KaniS having a camera like mine now that I think about it :P

It's a pretty good one, too, judging from some comments I'd gotten from a professional photographer about the camera I was using. "You're a serious one, aren't ya? *pointing at the camera and tripod I was carrying*" Now, I just have to learn how to take better pics and I'm golden.
It depends on who you're talking to :P It's pretty good yes, but I wouldn't consider it professional... that'd be a 40d, 50d, 5d, 1dx, or something along those lines. But it is a great way to start in the DSLR world, and it is leaps and bounds better then any small point and shoot anyone "normal" would have.
"Taaaails UP, and wriggle those rumps, a ONE and a TWO..." They were so cute.... And whataya mean, sums up the Fandom? You don't think we're all a bunch of asses, do ya? *giggles* Didn't see many donkeys or other horse-like critters- there were a few, though. They seemed rarer than dragons, actually (only remembered seeing about five).

I did manage to find a few of them, actually, and no worries on the delays- I've been so occupied with getting my entry-visa to live in the States with my fiancee, doing the Big Move, driving down here, etc, I've been too busy to be online much, either! *purrs at the furry snugglings*
