This is an interesting thing. The full moon was recently, and I had a thought of, what if me and my bro battlehog did pieces for it, as a kind of celebration to it. So we discussed and ended up doing halves, and talking about how cool it'd be if a project had like, MANY people doing such! Future goal perhaps... idk tho depends
Anyways, they fucking blew my mind with how amazing their half was in progress so I stepped up my game too and did my best. It is hard to tell, but it is a north american porcupine, an animal I really identify too for reasons unspoken, casting stars from inside of a nautilus shell from within the bog I consider home. I had fun, and managed to do it all in one sitting! <3
The art on the left is Battlehog's, and if you like it, PLEASE favorite it here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/19789846/

I'm so sorry :c But yes I can agree... most, if not all, porcupines that you even see are usually african, since they have the huge impressive spines. But the american ones are so fluffy and cute? I never saw any since I was a kid, but when I began visiting the Spagnum bog that I consider home to me, I saw one in a tree and another I even got a video of as I shoo-ed him off the trail gently (The dogs were with me, so had to be careful) and it just drove a childhood-long love in deeper
