W.C.'s D.F.'s, #1: The Case of the 13 Scares (Chapter 1)
A departure from my typical G-52 stories, but still taking place because the protagonist narrating is a G-52 himself, this is my attempt to bring a character I almost forgot about, WARCAT, back into the spotlight. He works as a freelance police officer, and heads his own detective agency, the Gunsquad, working in cooperation with the W.C.P.D., whose H.Q. is in Battlefield Range.
The STOPS (Stop the Over-Powered Superheroes) organization is up to its old hate crimes again, and is incorporating the unluckiest number of them all, 13, into this wave. (13 people were murdered.) It's up to our gruff-voiced biker tiger and his crew to crack the case wide open, even though nothing ever makes sense when it comes to STOPS.
This is Chapter 1.

Zachary: Looks like STOPS is setting themselves up for their own experiment of population control which is a crock of rubbish! Underpopulation is a threat! Look at Japan! They're very sustainable! And look at America after my dictatorship! See? We have lots of people yet lots of space to go around about!
