Okie it's the .sai or .psd (as you want) file for personal using 9making your OWN fluffy dragon instead of buying adopts or order custom ones.
I DO NOT ALLOW ANYBODY TO USE IT TO MAKE ADOPTS OR COMMISSIONS IN ANY FORM!

1 body base with mane
5 different horns
5 different tails
5 types of fluffs on legs
3 types of wings
3 types of tuft on the back
+other (Paw-form for making pallete on reference, eye picture (differnet forms and sizes of pupil and iris! and more..)
