I don't have a name for this guy. I do have a bit of personality - he's an asshole, verging on dick. He's bisexual, but the three words I think can best fit him are 'suave', 'oily', and 'insidious'. He's not totally evil, but the best way I think to describe him is "Halfway between Neutral and Chaotic, and Halfway between Neutral and Evil".
