Someone stole a large amount of Rare Candies (that thing in pokemon that makes a poke gain 1 level per use) and it made the news. Orchid had very recently grown larger in canon and since a candy dropped out of her pocket in the last panel she's the prime suspect. However, Orchid is innocent of that theft.
