Arés was born in the Stone Youth Hospital as a healthy baby boy.
Grew up in the castle learning everything he should know about being a prince.
His big sister played with him all the time, either out in the courtyard, in the forest.
One day when he was just 13 years old, his parents and sister was heading over to the Midnight Desert to see the Ra'ro Cheiftain to start trading with them.
They never came back.
Arés was made king very early, but the knowledge he already had along with his staff still giving him lessons, he's doing pretty good.
He fell in love with one of the maids, they were going to get married, when she ended up getting pregnant with him.
She threw a fit, she didn't want the child, she wanted the throne, she was about to shoot Arés and the baby with her gun when she was interrupted, a weird creature had appeared out of no where on the front porch to the castle; torn clothes, bloody and dirty.
The stranger sent her packing then collapsed on the porch.
Her name was Niji, and thanks to her saving the king and his daughter, she was given a room in the castle and a job as the child's nanny.
Two years passes and the feelings between Arés and Niji had bloomed and not before too long they were dating.
Niji went out with Artemis as the little daughter was named, took her to the movies to watch a kid's movie.
Arés had to stay home cause he was buried in stacks of paper, he was just getting coffee in the kitchen when he heard something behind him.
Before he knew it he was thrown to the floor and the icing pain when a blade cut into his chest, no that was no blade those were claws.
Looking up all he saw was a pair of red glowing eyes, the stranger was deffinately a guy; white fur, purple stripes, a long braid and a spear aiming to stab him in the heart.
When suddenly the glow in the eyes goes away, the stranger looks around, down at the king, stumbles backwards, looking at his hands and at the blood on the floor and him.
Turning around, opens the window he came in from when a familiar voice was heard "Skyiler?" This caused him to turn his head and looked over at the girl, eyes wide seeing his sister again after so many years, with a single tear running down his cheek he ran out the window and disappeared.
Arés was alright he didn't press charges as he saw how the stranger went from killer to confused in a second, that was not him, he wanted to see who this stranger was.
Apperantly Niji knows him.
Niji and Arés found Skyiler later on in the forest, tho convincing him to move into the castle was not an easy task.
