I'm just .... floored by this, honestly. I did the flat colours, shadows, and highlights all on one layer before I did the line work. I never deleted that layer ... and by adding the shadows / highlights as separate layers with the other layer beneath it all, the lighting effect was *so* drastic, I just couldn't ignore it. ... I'm proud of this. Zira was the saving grace for Simba's Pride, I think. ... The female Scar that steps up to the role in her own twisted grace. I got to do my favorite look ... and wow ... so, as I decided to keep the bizarre lighting, I then outlined her form in orange and it just .... it all fell into place. So amazing.
