These goats are often seen in the mountains and are often hunted by Voludros and sometimes Kuckikkans and Takuma hounds as the mountains are too risky to hunt as Takuma hounds and Kuckikkans risk falling and injury depending how high they are willing to go for these goats. The best time to hunt them thought is when a herd travels out from the safety of the mountain range to search for water or migrating in search of food.
