Interesting. What is, I assume, a couple of sketch lines in his left eye (from the viewers perspective) almost looks like a tear. Regardless of that, hanging ears indicate sadness. Is he sad?

oh wow, i didn't even notice that. i don't think i was drawing him sad... it was a while ago though. i think with the ears, maybe i was just trying to get the ears a bit away from the antlers to make for a nicer silhouette (keeping silhouette in mind when drawing usually makes for a stronger piece).
