I went to the state fair last weekend, and I saw, for the first time in person, a live florida panther! Definetly one of my favorite big cats...but the poor thing looked so sad and defeated. And who could you blame it...with a bunch of people walking past it's cage making loud, obnoxiouse noises. So I merely squatted down next to it's cage and looked on in silence.

But after seeing it, I was pushed back into the mood of drawing panthers again, and so I drew Tartii, my furosna. She's chasing a butterfly because, well I had watched Bambi again not too long ago. ^^; Plus it was a good escuse to practice with my crayola colored pencils.
