Richard: Hate crime at its worst; even though we have more US Army soldiers in response to this, there's also more IRA members because the IRA placed STOPS on their KOS list.
Zachary: KOS stands for "Kill On Sight". The F5 marked them as KOS too and so did the other terrorists. First, it was torture with avocado cannons and now, they want to outright kill them. Things are going to get super messy.
Richard: Too much blood has been spilled in America. STOPS must be infested with heartless and I wouldn't be surprised if the Eternals told me that STOPS are to be KOS. I'm guessing only most are heartless and must be KOS. The leader of STOPS must be captured alive and be tried for her hate crimes.

WARCAT: STOPS members do murder people, but only specific ones licensed to kill, such as myself, can kill, within limits, of course. I am sworn to follow the same policies as our police department. I don't want to face a shooting board.

For the rest, take these. *He hands everybody heartless detectors.* This will pinpoint them on sight, so that those authorized to kill can.

Green Guardian: *Checks her communicator.* Oh goodness the IRA formed an alliance with the El Chapo cartel to take down STOPS and Trump.
Richard: Then I'm deploying more troops in Texas then!
