we just got the game and others and it shored be in my library but it's not and even Steam says it's in my library but it's not in my library nore in my mega drive classics library

You might want to take it up with Steam, it might just be a system error, if you got it in a set.

It may just be a simple bug. But before all else, restart steam, it'll refresh it entirely that way.
