I thought about the situation, and I thought about the girl, who would never be able to get along in society, maybe she'd be kept in the laboratory for testing, and never be happy again? I wished she had a boyfriend, and at first the institute told her she should forget about him, that he said he didn't want to see her again. This made her very sad. The institute had told her boyfriend that she had died, not wanting to let the secret get out. But she was so sad, and in the confines of the institute she pined for him so much. In the outside world, he couldn't cope well without her.
Seeing how much they loved each other, one of the staff at the institute set about helping them get back together. After pulling some strings, and saying the right things to the right people, the boyfriend was invited to the institute, to be re-united with his girl. He was told he could never leave again, once he entered. He agreed, and was told of the lab accident, and the changes made. A deep breath cleared the shock, and he filled with happiness as they reunited.
