Yee I'm good, just relieving some built up stress.

try avoid everything that makes you feel any negative stuff, remember to drink water and visit outside once a while.
Also take naps or sleep and even you don't do productive things in day, it's OK. Take warm shower, watch movie etc.

See- I do. I drink nothing but water, coffee, and tea. I go to the gym almost everyday, I try to be positive. I really do. I always manage to stay on my feet and find some good in the world but at the end of the day I'm still not someone I want to be. Thank you for your concern, I am trying to better myself but not everyone has the time to do those things. I know it'll be ok but I need to let out that negativity every once in a while. I think it's healthy- at least for me right now in this stage of life that I'm currently in. Everyone has to go through their struggles vuv but I'll try to get out more I'm sure that'll help some too~
