I had this idea for this guy running in my head lately, and I sketched him out to sort of get a decent image of what may very well be a new character.

Personality
Abraxas is a smooth talking and cunning man, always on the hunt for a good gamble at a casino or bar. very intelligent and gifted with words, he's known to sweet talk people into either letting him win or they give him money.

He can be a charming fellow when you meet him. but is a very dark individual indeed as you get to know him

Since being known as Locke's enemy, he has many times tried to kill him (Locke has also tried to do the same). The reason being was a foul friendship and a lost bet which almost cost Abraxas his life when he was beaten and left for dead by the gang they both bet a wager to. Since then, it's been one hell of a fight between the two.

even if he's smooth, he's not a friendly person. he's the head of a japanese gang, Akuma-ō (Demon Kings) who partake in gambling and in wars with other gangs. if he feels that you are disloyal to Akuma-ō, he will deal with you personally, and you won't survive it. he's been known to deal a very painful death to those disloyal to the gang and people on the gang's hitlist (Locke is one of them on the list)

not only that, but will punish people far beyond the crime, even targeting their families and loved ones. Abraxas has actually tried to go after Locke's family and his loved ones at one point.
