She used to be my favorite support until they removed Gust of Healing shortly after beta...it was needed but she was a bit weak at the time of her talent changes and rework. Since then, she's been retuned a lot, but one thing has always remained the same about her: her amazing lines and her unparalleled mobility. One of the best lines, of course, is: "Let us make their insides their outsides."
Yeah, she's very good, especially with her on demand spell shield and polymorph that nearly hard counters dive heroes like the Butcher and Illidan. I think the last of a targeted default heal is actually great, because you'll usually be able to focus on something else other than healing or at least being able to focus on positioning and healing with your active heal. I haven't tried Dehaka yet and when Lunara first came out she was just so, so bad.
I could actually hold my own with Lunara when she came out - she just plays a lot different than most heroes. Had to improve my positioning because anything else and you'd get 'sploded. I'm still not amazing, but I find her playstyle so much fun.
Dehaka's the first tank I actually enjoy playing (and I tried a lot of them) - even though he's kind of a 'stitches light'.
